Dr. Jack Ching is a Senior Health Research Scientist (HEOR) at Google Montréal, where he works at the intersection of AI-driven innovations, clinical research, healthcare operations, and policy. He leads strategic initiatives and collaborations across product, engineering, and research teams to integrate generative AI and consumer wearables into the healthcare ecosystem, translating complex technical insights into scalable solutions to improve health outcomes worldwide.

Prior to Google, Dr. Ching led quality-improvement initiatives at Kaiser Permanente, designing population health management and safety-net programs that served millions of patients. His research, which focuses on the economic and clinical evaluation of digital health interventions, has been published in leading journals such as Nature Medicine and the Journal of Medical Internet Research.

Dr. Ching holds a Ph.D. in Health Policy (Decision Science) from Stanford University and a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
